Messaging us on WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a booking. Prices are shared on request and depend on the event type, date, location and coverage required. A quote is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation on WhatsApp.
A date is reserved once the advance amount stated in your quote is received. The balance is payable as agreed in your confirmation message. Advance payments are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Edited photographs are delivered digitally within the timeframe stated in your confirmation. Physical albums or prints, if ordered, are delivered separately.
Clients receive personal-use rights to the delivered photographs. Mahakal Photography may use selected images for its portfolio and advertising unless you ask us not to at the time of booking.
